As a Registered Massage Therapist, a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Master Practitioner, I have learned so much through my training and by working with clients for 9 years.

Not only do I help my clients, but I do this work myself! I’ve worked with my chakras in order to heal and grow as a person, and still do this work now. 

I created this group program because it brings so many different areas of self healing and growth all into one container, and it’s something I really wish I had access to in the past.
