I am a certified Life Coach, Health Coach and Registered Massage Therapist.

I'm self-motivated.

I've invested a lot of money into my own personal development. I am always increasing my knowledge through working with my own coaches and a variety of programs.

I have a variety of packages if you are ready to invest in yourself and your life.

I offer 3 - 6 month packages depending on the amount of support you are looking for. I offer bi-weekly calls or once a month calls.

Below are the details for my 90 day Self Transformation Intensive Program that consists of a call every week. It is your best value for those who are really ready to take the action and make large changes in their life.

 

I only accept a handful of 1:1 coaching clients at one time so I can be sure to give

My 90 day 1:1 private coaching program I apply the methods from the Habit Change Coaching Method to facilitate lasting transformation. It's about helping women make positive change in their lives that supports their well-being.

We do this by dividing deep into your: 

> Behaviour

> Beliefs

> Identity

My primary focus in this program is to really dive deep into your habits and mindset. Why? Because habits are the #1 determiners of your quality of life. Bad Habits = Bad Mindset. When you change a habit, you can change the course of your life.
